Esta is a well known leading Events Manager Graduating with a MA in music Business Management. Despite being effected by the challenges she faced working in the music industry due to having dyslexia and dyspraxia,she did not allow this to effect her passion to persue a career in events and built her freelance event company ‘No Limit Management’. specialising in live event and project management.

Within the space of 3 years she has produced award shows, festivals, Galas and product activations, working with leading cultural companies such as Grm daily, Sony music, universal and BBC 1Xtra. She has also worked closely with brand such as Barcadi, Hennessy and Armand de Brignac. Adding to this she has curated show performances with legendary artists such as The Libertines, Lethal B, Sampha and more.

She continues to champion the importance of a neuro-inclusive music industry through educating businesses on neurodiversity and the importance of specific work adjustments being recognised, especially for neurodivergent people in the music industry.
